About Me

Fia Soisson is a non-binary artist born and raised in Westerville, Ohio. They graduated from the Columbus College of Art & Design in 2024 with a BFA in Graphic Design. While they are experienced with digital illustration and graphic design, their preferred medium is acrylic painting. They combine a realistic background with doodle-like figures on top to achieve a magical realism look. Fia has been drawing these doodles since they were a kid, and adding them into their art brings their childhood into each piece they create.

Fia has been making their way into Columbus's artist community since 2020. They participated in live painting at Scrawl 16 in Franklinton and the 2023 Summer Spray in the Short North. They have also painted multiple murals for places like Westerville City Schools, 934 Gallery, iGolf Pro, and Franklinton Cycle Works.
